This thesis is concerned with virtual prototyping of tracked self-propelled gun on move and its dynamic characteristics by using multi-body system dynamics theory and softwares.The main contents of this thesis are as below.Based on the wave superposition principle, a random road roughness model was set up, the program of national standard random road surface spectrum was generated by using MATLAB software, the national standard of eight road spectrum was simulated, using fourier transformation, the generated national standard road surface spectrum accuracy was verified. On the basis of the study of the ADAMS/ATV software road file structure principle, the simulation of3D road surface which used in ADAMS/ATV software was generated after the data conversion.Taking a type of tracked self-propelled gun entity reference, artillery components which were drawn by using the3D drawing software PRO/E, SolidWorks, were imported into ADAMS/ATV virtual environment. Based on ADAMS/ATV software environmental, the tracked self-propelled artillery virtual prototype was built.In ADAMS/ATV software virtual environment, the tracked self-propelled artillery model was simulated with different speeds in different typical road traffic, the vibration characteristics of the tracked self-propelled gun in different conditions of road was got, and the vibration law of tracked self-propelled gun marching was analysised and summaried.And,A kind of control method about gun angle of muzzle vibration was presented. Simulation was analyzed. At the same time, the current effective ways and means to reduce vibration of tracked self-propelled gun marching was summaried, making the foundation for the future specific research.The research result of this thesis has reference value for research on how to improve the maneuverability, marching firing accuracy of tracked self-propelled gun, reducing the running gun vibration of vehicle on move brought adverse effect and improving integrated combat effectiveness of tracked self-propelled gun.
