From getting the signal of power's position to finishing the power-loading, three behaviors about power are executed: getting, pushing, and putting into chamber. This paper just focuses on this process. The main contents are including as follow. The first,by the tools of Adams/linear and Matlab/ncd toolboxes state eqation of loading device for power can be acquired and based on this model a robust PID controller is designed . Then caculatations of dynamics and control are done, the object of evulating is a complex loading device for power in Adams software, which contains contact forces. The results satisfy the requirements of time and precise when the mechanism runs a piece of power's distance in four extremely conditions. The second,a new design of assignment device for module's power is put out,it can control the number of power to be pushed. When the cam rotates for different degrees in a direction,3-6 pieces of power are fetched. Then, a kinematical analysis of the mechanism is done to check whether the design is right. The third, the dynamical caculation and analysis of Breechblock opening mechanism is done in Adams. It compares the results of the mechanism when the brace is rigid and flexible .Finally it get the Von Misses time-stress data of an element which has the maximum stress.
