With the continuous application of new technologies to the complex equipment of self-propelled guns,the complexity of its electronic equipment continues to increase,and the difficulty of maintenance and support is also increasing.In the past,after the failure of the electronic equipment of the self-propelled guns,the user used the guidance of the expert system to eliminate the malfunction.Condition-based maintenance has the advantages of good predictability and high efficiency and has been widely studied and applied.Health status assessment is its key technology.Therefore,research on health assessment methods for electronic equipment of self-propelled guns has important practical significance for improving the integrity of self-propelled gun and guaranteeing efficiency and is the basis for realizing daily independent maintenance and wartime support.The research object of this thesis is the research on the health assessment method of the electronic equipment of a certain type of self-propelled guns.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)In order to solve the problem of difficult and unsystematic selection of health assessment indicators caused by the complex structure of self-propelled gun electronic equipment,this thesis proposes a method for establishing a health assessment indicator system of electronic equipment based on the reliability analysis and failure mode,effects and criticality analysis.(2)In order to solve the problems of strong randomness of the state information of the electronic equipment of self-propelled guns,strong ambiguity in the expression of health,and the difficulty of measuring the importance of each equipment,this thesis selects a combination weight fuzzy comprehensive health assessment method based on the cloud model.(3)This thesis designs a health assessment experiment for a self-propelled gun fire control system.Through this experiment,the method of establishing the health evaluation index system and the health evaluation method proposed in this paper was verified.The experimental results are consistent with the actual state of the fire control system.The work of the thesis has formed a health assessment method for electronic equipment of self-propelled guns,providing an example for the health assessment of electronic equipment of self-propelled guns.The experimental results show that the health evaluation method designed in this thesis is feasible and has reference value for the application of self-propelled guns.
