| Reliability engineering has been valued by people since it has formed, especiallyobtained the full development in defense-related science and technology domain,and highreliability of product had also become a necessary magic weapon that made modern enterprisehave a foothold in market.The study object in this article—valve remote control system is onestandard kind of the mechanicalã€electrical and fluid integration equipment,and mainlyapplies in the military naval vessel’s fuel system, the ballast aqueous system, it influenceships’ operating effectiveness,and that,the unit type is complex,its experiment and theappraisal method are also different,therefore the research of the conduct’s reliability to behave extremely high practical significance.According to the thesis research points,the thesis is divided to five Parts to introduce therelative contents.In the first chapter,the reliability project’outline is carried on in this article, the domesticand foreign development situation are introduced,also the study route is proposed.In the chapter two, the product reliability qualitative and quota request are determinedbased on the product working conditions and the function,besides,the reliable model, thereliability test and the data analysis method has conducted the overall research.In the chapter three is the valve’s reliability test and the research of evaluationmethod.mainly design the valve’s reliability verification test,and a small sample reliabilityassessment method based on the Bayes theory and similarity theory is proposed, the test datawere assessed, and other methods are compared.In the chapter four is the research of valve’s reliability life. the valve valve’s reliabilitylife test is designed, in response to the appearance of a handful of failure data, studied thevalve failure distribution, choose weibull-bayes method for reliability life estimation of thevalve, the reliability indexs are obtained.In the chapter five is the research of remote control system.the reliability test is designed,the evaluation methods is researched, and the test results are evaluated,at last, the reliabilityindex and low reliability reasons are obtained.In the chapter six is the research of CAN bus control system.According to the results of test and evaluation, a new kind plan of valve remote control system which controls based onthe CAN main line is proposed, and gived the reliability consideration to it,in the end, thereliability design rule which should follow in the research and development design of the newproduct is given. |
