It's an important research aspect in reliability engineering to evaluate weaponry reliability with small sample situation. Because Bayes method can use much prior information, it becomes an important small sample reliability evaluation method. Bayes reliability evaluation calculation is complicatedly. Therefore, to design and develop the software system for solving complicated Bayes reliability evaluation calculation problem, which is important to support the Bayes method to be used in weaponry reliability test evaluation project. The goal of the thesis is to design and implement Bayes reliability evaluation software system, and Bayes statistical demonstration test design based on two types of risks and Bayes sequential test design have been studied.The main contribution and innovation of the thesis are as follows:The reliability test category and test flow are given, the calculation demand of reliability test evaluation has been pointed out. The main content and workflow of Bayes reliability test evaluation are analyzed and summarized, which have provided the foundation for the development of the software system.The calculation demand of software implementation about Bayes statistical demonstration test design based on two types of risks and Bayes sequential test design is analyzed. Combined the thought of Bayes statistical demonstration test design based on two types of risks, formula of test scheme about the binomial distribution and exponential distribution are given, and the concrete analysis process for normal distribution test design is given. The correlation between two types of risks and given sample and prior distribution is analyzed. On the basis of SPOT method, a new Bayes sequential test design is presented, the concrete analysis process about binomial distribution and exponential distribution and normal distribution are given.The design and implementation of software is introduced detailed. According to the calculation demand in reliability evaluation, the functional demand of the software is given, on the basis of it the design for overall and functional module and database of the software is given in allusion to the dense calculation about the software. Especially, the functional module of software is divided and analyzed, the significance of each basal calculation unit is illustrated, and the hierarchy transfer framework is designed. At last, development environment and implementation of the main functional module of the software have been made an introduction. The research about the thesis is useful for the development of dense calculation software.
