Control valve is extensively used in many industrial production sectors or process control processes like aerospace,agricultural production,construction engineering,transportation,ship operation and other engineering fields,as well as manufacturing industry.Now,China is in the particular moment of made in China 2025 strategy.With the development of Internet technology and other related technologies,the trend of electro-hydraulic control valve towards low cost,high precision and intelligence is more and more obvious.Domestic research in related fields is relatively backward,most of the high-precision and intelligent control valves need to be imported and expensive.Moreover,in some industrial environments,such as nuclear power development,oil and gas exploitation,there are hidden dangers such as nuclear radiation,nuclear leakage,oil and gas explosion,which can not be directly contacted by the staff,so intelligent control valves with remote control function are needed to replace them.In this context,this paper will use internet technology,transmission technology,control technology and termination technique to research on high-precision and intelligent control valve.First of all.In this paper,the electro-hydraulic control valve system is divided into various links,in which the composition diagram of servo motor system is drawn,and the model is built in MATLAB to get the response curve;The schematic diagram of pump control cylinder link is drawn,and the formula is deduced;The valve load force model and the corresponding equation are constructed.Then the transfer function is introduced into Matlab platform to get the open-loop Bode diagram of the system,and then the conclusion that the stability of the electro-hydraulic valve system is good is obtained according to the judgment method of the system stability.Secondly,according to the requirements of the project and after comparison,STM32 SCM is selected as the control core.Based on the requirements,the hardware of the control unit is developed.including:core module,basic circuit,data acquisition module,data storage module,servo motor module,human-computer interaction module,and the corresponding software program development.Combining the design of the control unit of the control valve with the theoretical analysis of the electro-hydraulic control valve,the physical composition of the electro-hydraulic control valve is preliminarily built.Thirdly,based on data transmission technology,WF-ESP8266 module and Android mobile client are selected as communication terminals.According to the demand analysis,the system building,hardware selection and software design of wireless system are finished,and the wireless system and mobile phone client software are developedFinally,on the basis of the discrete control,a valve opening algorithm is proposed.The controller is designed discretely and the formula is deduced.The process of valve opening is studied,including dead zone link,linear link and positioning link.Under the guidance of theoretical analysis,the relevant experiments are designed,and the experimental data are analyzed.So the conclusion that the valve opening can be accurately and quickly controlled,and the positioning error is not higher than 0.3%FS,which meets the actual working conditions.
