Asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement is a common form in bridge engineering.Bridge deck pavement is the common stress layer between deck protective layer anddeck structure, under the influence of traffic load and temperature, directly withstandstraffic load, beam deformation and environmental factors, whose deformation, stresscharacteristics and causes of damages are all very complicated. Therefore, higherrequirements are put forward towards asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement, such ashigh speed, safety, comfort, endurance and so on. This thesis bases on the analysis ofpolyester fiber reinforced mechanism, uses the finite element software ABAQUS,establishes a three-dimension model for asphalt concrete pavement system to analyzethe stress state of pavement surface layer under the action of static vehicle and alsoanalyzes the influence of material parameter changes on the mechanical properties ofasphalt concrete pavement.Firstly, this thesis, on the basis of reference to related literature and researchresults at home and abroad, analyzes and induces the existing main types and causesof damage in asphalt concrete deck pavement and puts forward corresponding controlmeasures.Secondly, this thesis, combining the theory of composite materials withinterfacial chemical knowledge, analyzes the influence of polyester on theperformance parameters of asphalt concrete road, relatively comprehensivelyelaborates the effect-strengthening mechanism of fiber in asphalt concrete. And onthis basis, the influence of polyester on the performance of asphalt concrete deck isanalyzed.Thirdly, this thesis,establishes a three-dimension finite element model by use ofthe finite element software ABAQUS, at the same time, various constraints andmaterial parameters are given, the most unfavorable load position of bridge deckpavement is spotted by moving the loads position. By changing the proportion ofoverloading, coefficient of friction and the friction coefficient between contact layers,the influence of parameter changes on the tensile stress and shear forces of polyesterfiber asphalt concrete pavement is analyzed.Fourthly, this thesis, basing on polyester fiber performance parameters, in themost unfavorable load position, by changing modulus and thickness of the upper and lower layers of asphalt concrete deck system, analyzes the influence of materialparameters performance on the mechanical properties of bridge deck pavement;Meantime, the author analyzes the influence of changes in the waterproof adhesivelayer parameters on the tensile stress and shear forces of asphalt concrete pavement.The findings of this thesis provide an important theoretical reference for deeplystudying the damage mechanism and design of asphalt concrete deck system. Fiberasphalt concrete deck, which is excellent in technical performance, simple inconstruction and reasonable at price, will have a broader application prospect.
