Now,the global advocate energy conservation and environmental protection, lowcarbon life. In this case, textile industry which belongs to high energy consumptionrespone the appeal actively.Especially, textile air-conditioner also take certain measuresto save energy actively.In our country, a large proportion of textile air-conditioner keepthe manual adjustment as before, and the textile air-condition which use theauto-controlled technology is tiny. Today, the textile air-conditioner which use theauto-controlled technology only aim at a handful of some equipments, although savingmuch energy, the amount are few, so we must try our best to developed a new technologywhat is energy-efficient than before. At the moment, the simple auto-controlledtechnology don’t have a systemic and global speculative knowledge to support theworking of equipment reasonable. Based on the developing status on textileair-conditioner and the technological requirements of textile air-conditioner and soon.Accordingly, my topic is present a new-style control strategy which contain theauto-controlled technology, the aim is to saving energy in the textile air-conditionerthan before. And this new-style control strategy is the self-control of textileair-conditioning with floating dew points.Based on the controlling performance of the textile air-conditioning, the self-controlof textile air-conditioning with floating dew points propose the mode of adjusting freshair and the technique about temperature and humidity control in workshop. Thistechnique made full use of secondary return air with priority of cold capacity and lowpower consumption adjustment. Moreover, a humidity control system with floating dewpoint and auxiliary workshop temperature control was designed to keep its relativehumidity constant. Accordingly, the temperature and humidity of the workshop could be auto-controlled without increment of cold source. According to data analysis of test intextile mill with operational state, this system was verified to be stable, liable to controland energy-saving. The key components of the issue is as follows:(1)Based on the understand of textile air-conditioner and its research anddevelopment, draw support from the auto-controlled technology, ascertain preliminarythe theoretical knowledge of the self-control of textile air-conditioning with floating dewpoints.(2)Establish the automation’s frame diagram of the self-control of textileair-conditioning with floating dew points, and use LAD to compile the control program.(3)Set up the experimental system, then go on debugging. Establish one systemwhich is supported by the theoretical knowledge, and used in the textile. Then measurethe data of experiment.(4)Process the data of experiment, discover the stability of air temperature andhumidity workshop which is controlled by the self-control of textile air-conditioning withfloating dew points is well. and the error in the experiment is under5%, the error canbe neglected for engineering applications. Then compares the consumption rate with themanual control’s, discover the power saving rate of the self-control of textileair-conditioning with floating dew points is more20%.The superiority of the self-control of textile air-conditioning with floating dewpoints is as follows: don’t use the constant apparatus dew point to supply air, and ensurethe air supply and volume in terms of seasonal variation and the outdoor air enthalpy, andautomatic control the frequency of blower、return fan and pump depends on the airtemperature and humidity of workshop, in order to control the air temperature andhumidity of workshop. To present the superiority of the self-control of textileair-conditioning with floating dew points by experiments, and the energy-saving effect isremarkable.
