The cost of electric energy consumption of urban rail vehicles occupies the main part of the total subway operation cost.Among them,the traction system and auxiliary system of train are the main energy consumer in the vehicle operation.At the same time,due to the operation characteristics of urban rail vehicles,such as large passenger flow and frequent opening,the air conditioning units need large amount of refrigeration and large power consumption,which is the main energy consumption in the auxiliary system.At present,the domestic urban rail vehicles are mainly used for the fixed frequency air conditioning system,and the second is the frequency conversion air conditioning system.Fixed frequency air conditioner uses fixed frequency compressor,which mainly has characteristics of refrigeration without heating,high impact current at startup.By setting electric healing within the passenger compartment or auxiliary electric heating of air conditioning units,winter heating is realized.Frequency conversion air conditioner adopts frequency conversion compressor,which has characteristics of fast cooling at high frequency and comfort maintenance at low frequency.Frequency converter drives compressor and ventilator to realize independent control of frequency conversion.Starting current of frequency converter beginning from zero,has the characteristics of no impact,no interference and reliability improvement.The air conditioning heat pump can still be used to make heat in winter to improve the effect of heating and energy saving in winter.The method of measuring the energy efficiency of an air conditioner is to calculate or measure the energy consumption during unit time.The improvement of the overall operating efficiency of the air conditioning unit for rail vehicles has gone through a process of gradual improvement.This paper mainly study the energy-saving from the control of air conditioning system,which specific include technology research of fixed speed air conditioning unit energy saving,technology research of variable frequency air conditioner energy saving,comparative experiment of passenger comfort and technology research of heat pump air conditioning unit energy saving.At the same time,it meets the requirements of comfort and energy saving.Through the comparison of energy saving data,traditional fixed-frequency air conditioning can adopt the control of new air valve opening and the temperature rise will be set to realize energy saving on AWO state.When the frequency conversion technology is adopted,the power saving rate of the new wind valve can reach 30%.So compare results from all kinds of energy saving technology,using the frequency conversion technology application in rail vehicle air conditioning control system is the best choice for energy saving,and passenger comfort,late for urban rail vehicle air conditioning system design to provide technical support.
