In today’s society energy is the main constraints factors of modern social economicdevelopment. With the constant tension of the energy situation, saving energy to ease theenergy crisis became the strategic objectives to achieve sustainable economic development.For a long time, China’s textile and air conditioning systems were too old to waste muchenergy, the degree of automation and control system is poor; there are still many enterprisestake textile air conditioning with manual control and a lot of using valves baffles and someother equipment. The production efficiency were low, it cause much of energy waste.Therefore, textile air conditioning automatic control system for the research ofenergy-efficient to reduce energy consumption and improve the production efficiency is veryimportant.The traditional air-conditioning control system is difficult to meet the workshop’sproduction of temperature and humidity requirements. With the development and progress ofthe various types of automation and control technology, in order to improve the productionenvironment, saving energy, improving the capacity and production efficiency of the systemof automatic control, enterprises take use of new equipment, new technology, but the result isnot satisfactory in the use of the process. In this paper, I analysis the problems in textileair-conditioning system and control programs, summed up the necessity and feasibility oftextile air conditioning control system for energy-saving system retrofit measures to beadopted.Research the textile air-conditioning energy-saving control system. Design the workshopsingle-system control and plant-level local area network control program. Control system usePLC as the main controller, for processing the feedback signal through the on-site sensors ofvarious types of data acquisition equipment, and make the appropriate control commands forreal-time control of each device. Large amount of energy consumption of the system fans andpumps using the Frequency Control, the use of inverter control speed to meet the productionrequirements and to achieve the purpose of energy saving. In industrial control room, PC andPLC connected to the display process equipment operating status and various parameters,easy to regulate and control, achieve the automation of the entire system for centralizedcontrol. Automation and control accuracy for textile air conditioning system is low, can nottracking real-time and quick to make the regulation, this paper research the energy-savingcontrol method and control algorithm. Build a mathematical model of the system temperatureand humidity control, the introduction of fuzzy control technology, combined with PIDcontrol algorithm, design the fuzzy PID controller for textile air conditioning system ischaracterized, to adjustment of the temperature and humidity of the system precise.The textile air-conditioning system is a multi-input and multi-output, strong coupling,large sluggish and nonlinear complex control systems. Fuzzy theory research do not need toestablish an accurate mathematical model, the PID control technology is mature and highcontrol precision, a combination of both have their own advantages fully embodies, to avoidtheir own inadequacies. Designed textile air conditioning temperature and humidity controlmodel in Matlab/Simulink environment, simulation results show that the adaptive fuzzy PIDcontroller has good effect. Compared with traditional PID control, the system’s overshoot issmall, response fast and small steady state error, anti-interference ability is very strong. Raisethe stability of the system.
