Every year,fire accidents bring great harm to human life and property,and the situation of fire safety is very serious.Due to the complex environment of the fire scene,firefighters often need to take great risks in their lives by artificially entering the fire.Based on the above research background,this paper develops an intelligent fire-fighting model prototype that can be applied to a variety of complex fire-fighting scenarios and can realize fire intelligent monitoring and independent fire-fighting.The fire-fighting trolley can be operated in a variety of situations where fire is prone to occur.Intelligent control technology is used to realize fire monitoring in flammable occasions.Intelligent fire extinguishing can be realized in the first time when fire is detected,and fire can be replaced in some complicated fire environments.It can also replace firefighters to enter the fire scene to carry out fire extinguishing operations in some complex fire environments,reducing the negative impact of fire on society.At the same time,in view of the shortcomings of fire-fighting equipment on the market that are be well adapted to various complex fire-fighting scenarios,a system design scheme using different control modes for different fire-extinguishing environments is proposed to improve the effectiveness of fire-fighting operations.The fire truck can be designed to operate in three modes:line monitoring mode,automatic monitoring mode and manual mode.At the same time,remote control of the fire truck and related data reception are realized by the upper and lower position machine control systems.This paper first analyzes the requirements and general overview of the system,clarifies the functions that the fire truck needs to develop,and then divides the fire truck hardware system into three parts:sensor,controller and actuator for design analysis and completes the hardware design of the system.In the aspect of system software design,the program design is mainly carried out from two aspects:upper computer software and lower computer software.The upper computer software design includes PC client and mobile client software to realize remote control of the fire car.The lower computer software is designed to include the main program and various function subroutines to realize the functions of the whole hardware system.Finally,after the system test,the fire truck runs well and basically achieves the expected results.It provides a feasible solution for the development of intelligent fire protection. |
