The most important question which now must be solved of the automobile development is to reduce the automobile energy consumption and waste gas discharges. The metal belt continuously variable transmission is the collection machine, which includes the electricity, the fluid and the control technology.It is a new advanced transmission device。The practice indicated that it is loaded with the metal belt continuously variable automobile, its efficiency, the power and discharges is better than other automatic transmissions and the manual mechanical variable transmission, therefore it has the broad prospects for development and the wilder market space.The continuously variable transmission may remarkably enhance the entire vehicle power and the fuel oil efficiency, because it can have the best match with the engine. The CVT control device now is controlled by electrically hydrolic pressure .The electrical hydrolic pressure control system is one of CVT core parts,which has the very important function to the transmission gearbox performance.Thesis significance :The hydraulic pressure component has been modeled and optimum designed.The hydraulic element model includes a lot of uncertain factor , combined theoretical analysis and experiment each other,which improves the precision of a model to hydraulic pressure component , swear to optimize the correctness designing .At present, the tiny hydraulic actuating mechanism in our country is dependent on abroad entering port , the dyadic electricity liquid control valve already has been the bottleneck technology packing which restraints the development of our country high and new technology industries. Hydraulic component study direction owes to the dyadic guide pressure under the control of valve , rate of flow control valve exploitation that step-by-step electric motor ,which realizes exactly to the industry that provides reliability to our country auto industry,hydraulic pressure height, structure compact, lower-price. The function is good originally. It has important practical and immediate significance to capture this one difficult point ,which can improve the domestic saloon development of technology through our own efforts and short the gap between the developed country and our country.The paper studied the automatic transmission figure proportion pressure regulating valve (owing to the dyadic guide pressure under the control of valve that step-by-step electric motor realizes) ,The paper mainly includes:1. on the basis of referring to large amount of home and abroad document, CVT structure and operating principle have been set forth representative. The operating principle controlled by clamp force velocity ratio has been analyzed. Also the electricity liquid proportion control technique is introduced in the paper.2. The figure proportion technology is the important technique in the vehicle controls field at present .The controls accuracy is high , easy to come true , and the reliability,controlling effect are able to be satisfied with the gradually strict controlling exception demand. on the basis that liquid controls systematically in P811 type CVT machine, the numerical control proportion pressure is designed based on the step-by-step electric motor.3. Though analysing mathematic simulate model ,and contrasting the numerical control valve using different damp spool ,many more excellent parameter are gotten. The result indicates that characteristics property of the numerical control pressure regulating valve in steady state are fairly good. it has the advantage in higher merit controlling the simplicity , accuracy and reliability. and it also can control the request now and then, reach higher accuracy , and satisfy the reality applying in the ring opening.
