In The Urbanization Process In China The Problem Of Traffic Congestion And Its Management

With the rapid development of social economy, city expansion was accelerated, the car entered thousands of households, the traffic problem will bring more and more. In the process of building a harmonious society, how to solve the traffic congestion problem, not only in relation to a city traffic network flow, but also to build a harmonious society, implement the basic content of the scientific outlook on development. In recent years, city traffic congestion problem has caused governments at all levels and all circles of the society pay close attention to, but because of the historical legacy of deep planning, system and mechanism is not perfect, traffic congestion management work still exist many problems, therefore, how to proceed from the government management point of view, to explore a more scientific and feasible mechanism of traffic management, develop more effective enforcement of the rule blocking measures, is an important practical issue for the government in China in the process of city traffic management.This article uses the literature method and case study method, refer to the Chinese HowNet, Wanfang database, master the related reference, comparison and the status and control measures of foreign and domestic big city traffic jam, Louxing district as the reference to examples, revealing the current process of our country city of traffic congestion and its management, and put forward constructive and the feasibility of the proposed. Research shows that, Louxing district traffic congestion management work is facing serious challenges, there is a problem of unreasonable layout, city traffic surge, weak supervision, parking, parking lane and other aspects, so it must be scientific management and planning, construction of large traffic network, tamp IT infrastructure, innovative ideas, improve human traffic environment.
