Municipal solid waste disposal have been a Challenge facing of the world today. How to effectively deal with the rubbish in cities become important research subject. Garbage disposal method has a lot of, for instance, composting, and burning landfill, comprehensive comparison, burning treatment is garbage disposal of the trend, in our trash burning treatment is experiencing a high growth period. Our country waste incineration power plant operation are common control level is low, the problems of higher emissions, so this paper from waste incineration power plant combustion system control set out on research.Object of the study is incinerator, and this article has analysed incinerator combustion mechanism, the burning process, pollutant formation mechanism and combustion control strategy. To the south a waste incineration power plant as an example, this project use distributed control system of HDPF to monitor and control. I actually participated in the project design, installation and commissioning work. Currently, the project has been put into operation, and the DCS system is operating normally, the automation of burning process has been basically achieved. But there are problems of fluctuations in the furnace temperature, high temperature corrosion and coking. In response to these issues, some measures has been taken into implementation of the project, and there has been some improvement. for furnace temperature fluctuations, Authors proposed to use fuzzy adaptive PID control in the furnace temperature control. By contrast of PID control simulation with the conventional, the results show that the fuzzy PID control strategy made the system has advantages of strong anti-jamming capability, flexibility, adaptability and high control accuracy.
