With the development of economy, the rapid growth of the population, the improvement of living standards, urban life garbage has increased sharply. If we don't deal with the large number of domestic waste efficiently, which will bring the environment pollution, the waste of land resources, influence the sustainable development of economy, and even affect people's normal life. How to solve the waste disposal and environment, economic, the benign development of the society well, is the realistic questionreal problems facing the world. Now waste incineration power generation is one of the more effective ways to solve those problems. The establishment of waste incineration power plant can not only deal with the waste effectively, with a small environment pollution, cover an area of an area small. It will make use the heat of the burning waste to produce electricity, achieve the implementation and output power for private use, as well as comprehensive utilization of waste, which has some economy performance.that will get more application in the future.This article which is based on practical engineering project mainly studies the access to system design scheme of waste incineration power plant. According to practical project, with consideration of comprehensive factors, such as network development and load balancing to meet technical and economic feasibility. Firstly,by studying the recent relevant data, this article shows the present situation of the development of waste incineration power generation at home and abroad, expounds the significance of developing incineration power plant. Secondly, this paper introduces the generating principle of burning, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of waste incineration power generation, which used to explain the technology of the commonly used garbage incineration power generation. Thirdly,according to the request of garbage incineration power plant 110 kV project, this article analysis the situation of power grid project which considers the power grid development planning, power load balance of this region, references the relevanttechnical specifications and enacts the garbage power plant connected to the electricity grid system through the flow analysis, stability checkout, short-circuit calculation, as well as the analyse of economical and technical evaluation. Finally,this article shows the design and specification of the main connection, choice of electrical equipment of the waste-to energy plant, the relay protection scheme,dispatching automation and communications plan of the system.
