In the past,the consumption structure dominated by fossil energy led to the increasingly prominent contradiction between resource constraint and sustainable development demand,which accelerated the grid-connected power generation process of renewable and clean energy represented by wind energy.Driven by the policy,the penetration rate of wind power grid connection in China has been greatly increased.In order to cope with the new challenges brought to system operation by the large-scale wind power grid connection with strong random characteristics,garbage incineration power plant is a power source that can provide more flexible,energy-saving,clean and economic auxiliary services than traditional coal-fired power plants.Its grid-connected operation has important theoretical value and practical significance in effectively alleviating the current grim situation of "garbage siege",optimizing and adjusting the grid-side structure of China to reduce the consumption dependence on fossil energy,and promoting the transformation of energy utilization to low carbon.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth exploration on the operation mode and scheduling strategy of waste incineration power plant participating in the wind power grid.The main research is as follows:In this paper,the development and research status of waste incineration power generation and wind power generation technology at home and abroad are comprehensively reviewed,and the feasibility and necessity of the research are demonstrated.After deeply describing the system structure and operation process of waste incineration power plant,the most advantageous virtual power plant and microgrid technology in the direction of distributed clean energy integration utilization are summarized and analyzed,and the differences between the two methods are compared and summarized.By adding gas storage device for waste incineration power plant,the relationship between power generation and flue gas treatment is decoupled,and the flexibility of output adjustment when wind power is large-scale grid-connected and power supply is improved.The sub-model of flue gas treatment system including gas storage device is established.By using virtual power plant technology to construct a joint operation framework,the flue gas treatment system of wind power plant,waste incineration power plant and additional gas storage device is integrated into an integrated operation network.In order to maximize the overall revenue,the day-ahead-real-time two-stage optimization scheduling model was established.Take day-ahead dispatching result as the declared output,adjust the flue gas storage according to the deviation between actual and predicted output of wind power,and modify the net output of waste incineration power plant in real time to follow the change of wind power.In order to further control the virtual power plant and the main uncertain factors in the process of interaction,the overall operational risk to a virtual power plant within each subsystem,covering the market a breach of contract punishment,abandon the wind punishment and flue gas treatment based on the operating mechanism of rewards and punishment,establish a virtual power plant optimization scheduling model,the model is verified by the instance simulation and set up mechanism of rationality and validity.Waste incineration power plant by using the virtual power plant has double phase optimization scheduling strategy or set up rewards and punishment operating mechanisms involved in containing wind power grid operation,which can effectively promote the wind power given,improve energy efficiency and system running economy,with the development of Internet technique of energy and the improvement of the operating mechanism,waste incineration power plant flexible adjustable in parallel operation will have broad application prospects.
