| With the deepening of the national energy-saving emission reduction and environmental protection,the form becomes more and more serious,especially in recent years,under the support of the country clean renewable energy policy,continue to depress the power load power grid power plant,power plant machine long time in low load conditions of non-economic operation,power generation enterprises to reduce coal consumption of power supply,improve economic efficiency it has become an important research project of the plant.The fan is the main energy consuming equipment in thermal power plants.Through energy saving technology transformation,it can not only effectively improve the operation reliability of the unit,but also reduce the energy consumption of the fan,thereby reducing the power consumption rate and improving the economic efficiency.PressureThe original way of regulation is to change the baffle opening of the primary fan,so that a lot of energy is consumed in the throttling control of the pipeline.Therefore,it is urgent to transform the primary fan.In this paper,the research object of this problem is the 600 MW supercritical coal-fired power unit of Liaocheng power generation #4 unit.First,introduces the research status of high voltage inverter technology at home and abroad;then,introduces the basic overview of the system of a wind turbine power plant and high frequency technology;then,according to a fan of the original entrance baffle throttling schemes of high voltage inverter;finally,from the actual energy-saving effect after the transformation of the analysis and conclusions and outlook are given. |
