With the rapid development of civil aviation,in the past “The11th Five-Year Plan”, theincreasing rate of civil aircraft(including cargo) is above100per year, and at the same time,the newly completed domain airport is increased by1digit per year. The increasement ofaircraft and destination, cause the increasement of flight and density. That following bydelay or even some extremist among the passengers forcibly occupy the aircraft and therunway, which make negative impact to the whole industry.To solve the contradiction between the increasing demand of opening airspace andrelatively laggard air traffic control technique and system, this article mainly aim to fulfil thefollowing task:1. Analysis the rapid development of the domain civil aviation industry in recent year,suggest using new method to deal with a bottleneck problem, the capacity of airspace2. Introduce the Automatic Dependance Surveillance-Broadcast and the datalink it usehome and abroad3. Purpose using the airbone VHF radio to transfer the aircraft’s positioning data andprove it with simulation experiment4. Suggest the contribution that the VHF datalink make to surveillance technic,navigation technic and the improvement of airspace capacity5.
