This thesis researched about the large-scale municipal engineering projectcommunication management.A large municipal project management has special geographical location, widesocial influence, huge capital investment and the complexed construction organizationcharacteristic etc.For this, need not only strengthen the traditional project triangle theory, schedule, quality and cost management, but also must attach great importance to theproject communication management. This thesis analysed is based on the ‘Zhonghe two line’ project which is one of alarge municipal projects named ‘New Tianfu District’.The project total investment of751,655,500yuan,300days period, the scope of the project covers Road, drainage, electricity, bridges, culverts, and ancillary facilities, the company participate in theconstruction of more than a dozen. In this thesis combined with the practical engineering case and projectmanagement theory to systematically analyzed a municipal project communicationcharacteristics. It’s from the perspective of general contractor (Chengdu MunicipalEngineering Group Co., Ltd.) to study large municipal project communicationmanagement, by carding the typical problem encountered in the project communicationmanagement, put forward to optimize communication management ideas, and design avaluable project communication management template. This thesis can be used as a general contractor (Chengdu Municipal EngineeringGroup Co., Ltd.) Company of typical communication management case for theoreticalresearch, and for the company’s general contracted project communication managementmaturity to provide relevant information. This thesis by presented with typical projectproblems, using the theories and methods of project management analysis of theseproblems, solve these problem of the route through the combination of theory andpractice.By using the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and otherrelevant theory of project management,to study the communication problemsencountered in project entity starting, planning, implementation, monitoring and endingfive typical processes group, and puts forward the analysis results and the solutions. |
