The Study About Shenzhen Urban Development And Planning Issue

China’s urban planning process has entered a stage of rapid development, many other cities’planning have rapid development under the guidance of the "Shenzhen model". The rapid development of Shenzhen in thirty years, the city’s comprehensive strength rising, economic development and urban construction stronger year by year, many cities at home and abroad to emulate the model of development in Shenzhen. But in the long run, the development of Shenzhen’s urban planning faces many constraints. The article is based on the characteristics of the development and connotation of the Shenzhen Urban Planning, and explains its position and role in Geography. In the context of urban planning theory, the article discuss four stages of the development of Shenzhen Urban Planning System, choose the path of urban planning development, puts forward the core problem of the article at last.The text consists of six chapters, details are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction:introduces the research background and significance, and conducted a comprehensive analysis about urban planning at home and abroad, then discussed the research content, method and technology roadmap of this topic.The second chapter is the city Planning Overview:research the theoretical basis of the urban planning system, summarizes the evolution of urban planning and its future trends, based on the connotation of urban planning, combing the basic features, the status and role of the urban planning, Explore the theoretical foundation of the city planning.The third and the fourth chapter are the main part of this paper. Under the Environmental of China’s political, economic and social change, combined with the characteristics of the Shenzhen Urban Planning, from two aspects of internal and external to determine changes in the city center, the functional interaction of urban space and urban development mode are the path of Shenzhen’s urban planning and development. The paper divides the history of Shenzhen city planning into four stages, which contain beginning, development, stability and enhance. Last concluded some problems about Shenzhen’s city planning, which like that the institutional system updates too slowly, industrial and economic development out of touch, not enough infrastructure innovation, land use and social construction fails to reflect the needs of social development, and so on. These problems reflect the Shenzhen city in transition period, urban planning and urban needs do not match, restricting the sustainable development of Shenzhen.The fifth chapter asked the following suggestions on the Shenzhen city planning: Firstly, need to establish a comprehensive planning system, expand the range of service areas, raise the city’s level of international competitiveness, to deepen financial institutions innovation, and innovative population management system, improve the structure of energy consumption. Secondly, the overall performance of Shenzhen city spatial structure is the central city as the core, west, central east three development axes and two north-south development zone for the basic skeleton, Form a group structure like "one core two zone three axes and four areas". Thirdly, change the way of land use and improve the efficiency, intensive use the land resources, Guide the development of urban construction land, improvement of urban ecological environment, improve urban competitiveness, strengthen the government’s responsibility, improve land use planning management system. Fourthly, build beautiful harmony living environment from the ideas and service facilities aspects.Chapter Ⅵ is the conclusion and the problems. This chapter summarizing the main conclusions of the paper formed, and analysis of the deficiencies and limitations of the study, in order to lay the foundation for future in-depth study.
