Study On Traffic Congestion Problem And Countermeasure Of Main Road In Xi'an City

Urban traffic is an important part of a city,which plays an important role in the development of urban economy and plays an important role in the social development of the whole city and the improvement of people's daily life.Under the background of the increasing popularity of traffic motorization,the imbalance between the traffic pressure and the limited space resources of the city is exposed.As the leading transportation hub city in the western region of China,traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious in the process of urban construction in Xi'an,especially in urban areas.Whether it is the basic facilities or the management level of Xi'an urban traffic,it is difficult to match the needs of urban construction and development.Traffic congestion has become normal,causing traffic almost in overload operation,there are great potential safety hazards,which become a hindrance to the further development of Xi'an.Based on the analysis of relevant data and field research,this paper studies the congestion status and causes of main roads in Xi'an city,and puts forward feasible suggestions to solve the problem.This paper focuses on the analysis of the status quo of urban main road congestion,traffic management status and causes of congestion,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to resolve traffic congestion.It is believed that urban road planning should be carried out from urban functional planning and traffic facilities planning of main roads.In the construction of intelligent traffic management system,attention should be paid to multi-level parking system.Intelligent traffic signal,Internet + traffic management mode;the government should enhance the soft power of traffic control,advocate the concept of "green travel" and so on;in terms of traffic participants,we should pay attention to the compliance rate and participation consciousness of traffic participants.Through the joint efforts of road construction,intelligent traffic management system and traffic participants,we can effectively solve the traffic congestion problem of main roads in Xi'an city,promote the sustained and rapid economic development of Xi'an,and provide reference for other cities to solve the congestion problem.
