Based on the practical engineering, and in the first encountered in the constructionof the precast prestressed slab zhang appeared in the process of the prestressed tendonpull uniform problem, through the concrete calculation, analysis and research to find outthe prestressed tendon pull not uniform causes, and put forward a concrete solutions.Finally to the soluteion to the problem was summarized, the system can avoid theproblem put forward the practical feasible, the first of the prestressed tendon forcegirders, methods, steps, used to guide future construction practice.Relying on the highway bridge slab rubber bearings testing work, thoroughresearch department of transportation industry standard "highway bridge slab rubberbearings"(JT/T4-2004) in the corner of the slab rubber bearings experimental detectionmethods, through calculation, analysis points out the test the defects existing in themethod, and puts forward practical improvement methods and Suggestions for theperfection of the standard in the future to provide support and basis.Highway prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with the full support of theconstruction of cast-in-situ load test case, based on analysis investigated the stents andtemplate system in construction process and the corresponding to the loading stages offorce and deformation condition, and the resulting to the adverse effect of the structure,and based on this sure feasible construction plan.
