In February 2017,the Ministry of Transport issued the “Action Plan for Promoting Smart Transportation Development(2017-2020)” to clarify the development goals of BIM technology in the transportation infrastructure industry.BIM technology is an important technical means to improve the level of informatization in the field of construction engineering,and has been widely used in civil engineering and rail transit industries.Bridge engineering has lagged behind other construction areas in the use of new technologies.Based on the three-dimensional model,BIM technology integrates the data from planning and design,construction and operation to the whole life cycle of operation and maintenance,which can effectively solve the problems of information communication sharing and management coordination in the current stage of bridge engineering.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the information application of BIM technology in bridge engineering.By combing the research results of scholars in this field in recent years,combined with the theory of BIM,this paper studies the BIM technology in bridge engineering with the medium and large bridges of Yangshuo Expressway and the Caoshangou 1# bridge as the engineering background.Information application.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed and studied the characteristics of BIM technology and combed the BIM software at home and abroad.From the bridge engineering planning and design stage,modeling stage and BIM application stage,the software platform was compared and analyzed,and the software was compared.Advantages and disadvantages and areas where they excel.(2)Taking Autodesk Revit as the research object and combining engineering examples,the paper analyzes and analyzes the process and method of BIM modeling of bridge engineering.The parametric family of T-beams,box girder,piers,abutments and steel bars of bridge engineering is established.(3)The application of BIM technology in bridge engineering was studied and analyzed from three aspects: collision inspection,engineering quantity statistics and construction schedule.The application of BIM technology in the deepening design of bridge engineering is discussed,and the collision problem between box beam reinforcement and prestressed pipeline is analyzed based on actual engineering.It confirms the role of BIM in discovering design issues and reducing engineering changes.The advantages of BIM technology in engineering quantity statistics and resource allocation are analyzed.The method of BIM in construction schedule management was discussed,and the closed-loop management method was carried out from the preparation of construction schedule,the simulation of schedule,and the tracking of schedule.(4)Based on the system layout design(SLP)combined with BIM technology,the qualitative and quantitative research on the layout planning ofthe prefabricated beam field was carried out.The functional areas of the beam field were systematically analyzed,and the functional areas were determined based on BIM technology.Area and layout.On this basis,the mathematical model of the functional area layout is established,and the optimal arrangement of the prefabricated beam field is obtained.This paper takes the actual engineering as an example to analyze the method and flow of BIM technology in the application of bridge engineering.The BIM application process and method of the bridge construction phase were studied and applied to the actual project.A new method of prefabricated beam yard layout planning based on BIM technology is proposed for reference of related projects.
