Prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is an important part of railway engineering.The research and application level of BIM technology reflects the research and application level of railway construction BIM technology to a certain extent.At present domestic prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge BIM application mainly in the 3 d model building,steel collision check,visual disclosure level,such as lack of essence regularity and characteristics of its related construction technology in-depth study and understanding,common modeling efficiency is low,the model application is difficult to effectively solve the traditional construction technology concerns such as defects.In theory,the key to BIM technology research is based on the traditional problems of professional cognition,further research and abstract BIM model on the basis of information analysis,model building,implement,and the engineering application,and can reflect the characteristics of the engineering of BIM information model,the traditional professional problems on BIM model construction and the theoretical basis for further application,only the logic of the BIM technology application based on this research results can give a lot of traditional problems of professional solution to bring substantial,and generate actual application value.Based on the construction of zhengwan Miaowan bridge,this paper systematically studies the construction and application of BIM model of the bridge and its temporary structures such as steel casing,hanging basket and formwork.The main contents include:(1)According to the structural characteristics of railway Bridges,a proper BIM model construction strategy is selected to conveniently construct the BIM model of Miaowan bridge.Through Infraworks software,BIM+GIS technology-based bridge roaming,construction roadway layout,site layout of mixing stations,land expropriation and demolition planning and other BIM technology applications are implemented.(2)According to the technical conditions of the foundation construction on the site,a suitable steel casing box scheme is selected,and the 3d model information of the steel casing box is abstracted according to the structural characteristics of the designed steel casing box.Based on the 3d model information,the 3d BIM model of steel casing box was rapidly generated by Dynamo parametric programming.Python programming is used to extract the 3d model information and generate the 3d MIDAS command stream for the mechanical calculation of the steel casing,and MIDAS software is used to realize the spatial mechanical calculation of the steel casing.(3)In view of the complex structural characteristics of the main frame,walking system,suspension system,rear anchor system and formwork system of the triangular hanging basket used in bridge cantilever construction,the BIM model information of the triangular hanging basket is abstracted.Based on the model information,an appropriate BIM modeling strategy is adopted to realize the rapid construction of the BIM model of triangular hanging baskets and the mechanical calculation of triangular hanging baskets.(4)According to the construction characteristics of the internal mold and external mold system used in block 0 construction,the BIM model information of the block 0 template structure is abstracted.Based on the model information,an appropriate BIM modeling strategy is adopted to realize the rapid creation of the BIM model of block 0 template and the mechanical calculation of block 0 template.
