Study On The Level Of Public Transport Development Influences On The Traffic-Smooth Chongqing

With the rapid development of economy, the increasing population in the city, therapid growth of the volume of motor vehicles population."The big city disease" alsoexposed gradually. The city traffic congestion has become a common problem facingtoday’s society. the city of Chongqing started in the round" Smooth Chong Qing"construction,especially smooth the main city of Chongqing construction,make greatefforts to construct Chong Qing into the most smooth one of the city. To solve urbantraffic problems, public transportation with its unique advantages, has become importantfor urban traffic development.In reference to a large number at home and abroad about urban public transportionof research results.Combined with practical work done many of public transportation ofChong Qing. First of all the paper analysis the characteristics of Chong Qing Road andresident trip, the residents travel on impact of public transportationdevelopment,elaborated target and connotation of smooth ChongQing.It analysed themain city of ChongQing traffic condition and the current situation of public transportion.Second according to the basic idea of system dynamics, by using system analysis,withthe economics, fuzzy mathematics and other basic science theory and method carry outthe research on the relationship between public transportation development level andsmooth ChongQing, and using system dynamics theory to build the structure model ofpublic transportation development level and smooth ChongQing. Once again basis onthe established relationship structure model and interval number theory，the in-depthstudy on operational relations and prioritize relations built the evaluation model ofChongQing public transportation development level,and evaluate it.Through the study of this paper according to the evaluation results, find out theproblems of Chongqing public transportation development,on the basis of establishedthe structure model of public transportation development level and smoothChongQing.Put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of raise ChongQingpublic transportation development level and achieving smooth ChongQing.It providedacademic basis for the city of ChongQing of public transportation developmentconstruction, to achieving smooth ChongQing city has important significance.
