Public transportation is an important part of urban life, yet, with the rapid development of our country's economy and the continuous increasing of urban population, the problem that public transportation management level is very low has increasingly became a bottleneck that hinders our country's urban development. It has been proved by experience both here and abroad that, it is the most effective approach to improve urban public transportation management level by developing intelligent public transportation system. In the light of the development of our country's public transportation, under the background of Jin Zhou public transportation, the dynamic dispatching system of urban transportation is studied, this dissertation's main objective is to improve the level of public transportation management in Jin Zhou.The system and characteristic of dispatching in city public transportation is analyzed deeply in the paper. The reasonable vehicle interval model is builded by combining the change of passenger flow.The initial project of public transportation vehicle dispatching is realized by the use of the genetic algorithm.The arranging schmem is almost optimium by the intellectualized algorithm,and the fussiness and blindness of manual work would be avoided.Then the basis of the initial dispatching scheme,the realized method of public transportation vehicles is studied, and dynamic dispatching is come true by combining GPS with dynamic dispatching strategy.Finally the logical structure of dynamic dispatching system is analyzed, and the function module and database for the intelligent public transportation dispatching software is designed, the partial system function is realized,and good anticipative purpose is achieved.
