The Optimization Of Project Quality Management Program For Yulin City Investment Group

Along with the improvement and development of China socialist market mechanism in recent years, the socialist market economy has higher demands for construction quality. For construction projects, construction quality has direct influence on people’s lives and security of the state property. This paper takes the Yulin City Investment Group project quality management as an example to optimize the project quality management solutions of the Group throughout its operation development path based on analysis, which has an important guiding role for company’s development stability.On the basis of full investigation and study, this paper profoundly analyzes and researches the existing project quality management program of the Yulin City Investment Group. Firstly, this paper has an overview of the quality management theory and project quality management theory, which is taken as the theoretical basis of the Yulin City Investment Group’s project quality management program. Secondly, this paper introduces an overview of the Yulin City Investment Group and fully analyzes the internal and external environment of its implementation of the project quality management program optimization. Thirdly, this paper finds the problems and deficiencies of the project quality management of group companies, as well as the reasons for these problems through analyzing the group environmental factors. Finally, for the current problems, this paper takes organizational structure optimization of the Yulin City Investment Group as the core, systematically optimizes the quality management system from improving the company’s project quality management organization and functions assigned, shaping the company’s quality culture, establishing and improving project quality assurance system, improving the scientific of the construction process’s quality control. At the same time, this paper also optimizes the project preparation stage, construction stage and completion stage for the construction project.From optimizing the project quality management program for the Yulin City Investment Group, this paper makes existing programs more reasonable and suitable for development. Therefore it provides a good quality assurance for The City Investment Group.
