Research On Cultural Industry Clusters Planning And Layout Based On The Industrial Cluster Theory

Nowadays, with the trend of globalization and competition between countries is becoming more and more fierce, the culture and knowledge as the core of the cultural industries is emerging all over the world. And its development scale and extent has become a important symbol of national and regional comprehensive competitiveness level. From the gathering place of cultural industry to the cultural industry park, At present, many cities raise the idea of building the creative industrial park, china’s cultural park experienced a different period of development of different forms, large numbers of cultural industrial park has become an important form of expanding urban space. Therefore the issues related to the planning of cultural industry park has attracted more and more attention.This paper use the literature index and comparative analysis method to start some basic study of cultural industry park. First,sorting out and defining the cultural industry park based on the concept and extent of cultural industry park. And make a summary of different segmentation of china’s cultural industry park, from three aspects:resources attached to the park location, industry type of the park, the formation mechanism of the park. Secondly, through analyzing the current development of china’s cultural industry and the park’s status, this paper summed up the problems in the development process of china’s cultural industry park, including functional orientation, site layout, spacial patterns and discussed the source causes of these problems from four aspects, such as policies and systems, space layout, development path and comprehensive facilities. Thirdly, this paper discussed the layout of cultural industry park based on the study of above problems, and through analyzing development goals functional orientation, layout principles, and location factors, space layout, this paper put up forward the planning strategies from policies and system organizational securities, financial securities, human resources securities, service securities and so on.Focusing on the layout of cultural industry impact on urban space and urban land using from the aspects of urban space layout, the paper raised the planning strategies of space integration, intensive layout and transportation improvement, From the aspects of the layout of land using and spacial structure of the cultural the paper put up forward the idea of unit layout based on the industry cluster. This paper emphasizing that not only do we have to consider the need of internal space but also the possibilities of offering cluster integration for other functional unit during the industries continous accumulation process.Finally, take the planning of Wuhu cultural industry as the example, analyzing the factors of location,space layout, security system respectively, focusing on the film cultural industrial group, analyzing the factor influenced its location of space layout, cultural resources, human resources, policies and systems. This paper raised the space layout strategies that meet the requirement of "unit type+attached type. Combining the theory with the practice, describing the planning practice of industry park from several aspects, exploring the patterns of planning layout to provide a reference for the development of china’s cultural industry park.
