The concrete conveying equipment (hereinafter referred to as concrete pump) is widely used in the construction industry as a construction of hydraulic machinery. Hydraulic system is the key to its technology, but also prone to failure of the main concrete pump parts. Therefore, for the concrete pump fault diagnosis of hydraulic system has very important practical significance.Failure of the hydraulic system includes fault signal feature extraction and fault mechanism. For this article, hydraulic system of HBT60concrete pump was investigated using signal analysis methods, for its hydraulic system failure were studied, mainly for the following work.(1) Introduction of concrete pump hydraulic system of the composition and working principle, conditions and results related to fault test are given. Basic theories and knowledge related to this article are given;(2) The fault signal of hydraulic system of concrete pumps is discreted so that it can be analyzed with correlation analysis, Fourier analysis and Wavelet analysis, and difference analysis of pressure for dynamic pressure signal and static pressure signal of the control signal is also diagnosed, the characteristic frequency of hydraulic fault is extracted.(3) Combined with the working principle of hydraulic systems, testing procedures and quantitative analysis of the results signal, halt faults to the swing cylinder is diagnosed.
