The construction machinery has been the important industries for the national economy development, as the advanced concrete mechanical equipment, the concrete pump truck has the characteristics which are the system structure is complex and difficult to maintenance. The fault diagnosis of concrete pump truck hydraulic system is the difficult problem for concrete pump truck maintenance at home and abroad, in order to reduce the fault probability and extend the using life, Realizing active maintenance of concrete pump hydraulic via applying some reasonable fault diagnosis model is the urgent problem.This paper researches the failure diagnosis for hydraulic system of concrete pump truck. The historical data of hydraulic failure is coordinated and analyzed. According to the hydraulic theory and the relation of failure, this paper advances the layout of the sensor. Setting up the simulation model by AMESim soft provides the simulation data. Multiple hydraulic failures diagnosing for pumping system of concrete pump truck is designed by researching the characteristic of data, the familiar failure can be diagnosed. At last, a system of the remote monitoring and diagnosis is set up basing on local controller, GPS and remote server. The data of experiment prove s that the method of failure diagnosis is useful.
