The concrete delivery pump has been one of the most widely used construction machinery. And the hydraulic system is the key technology of concrete pump. There are important meanings about the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system of the concrete pump and fault dictionary established for the maintenance of the system in the future. And the thesis has chiefly carried on research of the hydraulic system of HBT60 concrete pump as following aspects:(1) Based on the fault tree analysis, and combined with the static and dynamic experiments, we diagnosed the fault after the logic analysis, and gave the improvement measures;(2) The flowing state of pumping concrete is analyzed, and the dynamic model of flowing concrete in pipeline is established;(3) The movement situation of swinging S valve is studied by the kinematics and dynamics theory, and the dynamic model of swinging S valve is established;(4) The mathematical model of hydraulic system of concrete pump is established based on the power bond graph theory;(5) The simulation of the fault signals in the work process of hydraulic system of concrete pump is performed based on Simulink which is the toolbox in MATLAB,and the simulation results of normal circumstances are obtained after the modification of corresponding parameters;(6) Finally, combined with wavelet analysis and practical experiences, we initially established a simple fault dictionary which can be used for the maintenance of the system in the future.
