The rotary machine is the main station of the Automatic production line of L07030A of the company in Dongguan, and it is also the ineffective station in this production line. As a result of its large mass and moment of inertia, here has been a significant phenomenon of the stepper motor out-of-step and the vibration with their own start-up and braking in the process by the design of the process of trial operation, so it can not meet the production requirements. Therefore, the primary issues is to solve the ineffective station and to improve the productivity on the premise of precise degrees and steady move of the rotary machine. And it also provides a theory for the future design of similar structure.The Cihui production line of L07030A has been designed and aiming at the braking process of rotary machine of operation is optimized, According to the data provided am. Changzhou, I fit out the Speed—Torque Characteristice of stepper motor, and according to the Speed—Torque Characteristice of stepper motor, structural features of the machine and the engineering requirement, I figure out the optimal frequency of starting, the fastest frequency of movement and upsampling or downsampling step of the frequency.According to the structural features of the machine, the characteristic of torsional vibration of the drive system is been worked over. In the first instance, the dynamic model of torsional vibration is established and the lumped mass model method is chosen for the research of the torsional vibration. The components of the driveline are transformed equivalently. The lumped mass—elasticity—damp discrete torsional vibration dynamic model is established on the basis of the structure parameters of the components. And the natural frequency and vibration mode use matrix iterative method.Take advantage of Longa-Coulthard numerical techniques in the MATLAB software, calculate for the rotary plate. Solve the maximum amplitude, the arrival time of the maximum amplitude, the minimum amplitude, the arrival time of the minimum amplitude, the maximum speed, the minimum speed, the arrival time of the speed between the process of down-curve and process without down-curve through the braking process.Through the comparative analysis of data can be seen that the stability of the system operation after the process of down-curve is better than the stability without the process of down-curve.Finally, the rotary machine were analyzed with the stress and displacement and by Generative Stuctural Analysis of CATIA.
