The internal magnetic field of the(ordinary)hybrid stepping motor is extremely complex,which is a three-dimensional axial asymmetric,highly saturated nonlinear electromagnetic field.There are axial and radial magnetic fields at the same time,and the axial magnetic field distribution is very uneven,Insert radially magnetized permanent magnet strips into the small slots of the stator and rotor cores of the ordinary hybrid stepping motor to form a super hybrid stepping motor.This structure further adds the difficulty in the analysis,calculation and optimal design of the magnetic circuit system of a super hybrid stepping motor.With the development of computer performance and general finite element software technology,using three-dimensional finite element method to simulate the motor has become a practical and feasible method.This paper analyzes the working mechanism of the super hybrid stepping motor,and establishes a three-dimensional model of the super hybrid stepping motor based on Opera electromagnetic field analysis software.Some aspects of research work such as the analysis and calculation of the static magnetic field and the optimization design of the magnetic circuit are carried out.The main work is reflected in the following aspects:Firstly,on the basis of studying the internal magnetic field and working principle of the ordinary hybrid stepping motor,the mechanism of the super hybrid stepping motor to increase the static torque is revealed.Then,the 3D model of the super hybrid stepping motor was established on the Opera 3D simulation platform,and the simulation study was carried out:(1)the finite element meshing method of the complex magnetic circuit system is studied,and the correctness of the meshing scheme is verified by the motor back-EMF waveform;(2)the magnetic density distribution cloud diagrams of the normal and super hybrid stepping motors are given.A comparative analysis was made to verify the working mechanism of the super hybrid stepping motor to increase the static torque of the motor;(3)the comparative analysis between the simulation results and the measured values verifies that the three-dimensional model and parameter setting scheme established in this paper have high accuracy,which provides a basis for the subsequent optimization design.Finally,the influence of the tooth parameters of the super hybrid stepping motor on the static torque is studied.Under the condition that the inner and outer diameters of the stator and rotor of the motor remain unchanged,the design goal is to increase the static torque,and the stator and rotor tooth width and tooth height are optimized according to the control variable method.The best tooth width and tooth height are obtained.The range of parameters provides a reference for the design of the same type of stepper motor...
