With the wisdom of the concept of the earth deeply rooted in the wisdom of the times as a synonym for more and more applications,intelligent is an important support for low-carbon life is to ensure maximum utilization of resources an important means.The intelligent control system of high-speed tunnel lighting designed by this topic is an important embodiment of using intelligent technology to reduce the useless loss of power and improve the utilization rate of resources.This paper analyzes the outstanding contributions made by a large number of experts and scholars at home and abroad,and leads to the intelligent design method of tunnel lighting.Firstly,the whole framework of the intelligent control system is analyzed.It is divided into three parts: data acquisition system,wireless communication system and power carrier communication control system.Then,the design and implementation method of each part are discussed respectively.According to the actual application requirements,two types of sensors are used in the data acquisition system,and the vehicle information and the light intensity information are collected separately.The vehicle information acquisition uses Doppler displacement detection sensor and TMR tunnel magnetoresistive sensor to reduce the acquisition system The error rate,and using multi-sensor fusion technology to vehicle information and external light intensity information comprehensive analysis,get the control terminal needs control information,and the wireless network is used for data transmission between the information acquisition system and the power carrier communication control system.The control terminal uses the STM32 as the MCU,cooperates with the power carrier debug demodulation module to complete the basic communication function of each node.In this module,the 4 ~ 20 mA current output adjustable control can be realized to realize the intelligent adjustment of the brightness of the LED lamp.The stability of the communication between the stability of the use of ant colony algorithm for the principle of optimal addressing network communication to complete the inter-class routing function.At the end of the paper,the test results of each hardware module and the debugging process of hardware and software are given.The control unit of the control system is tested and tested.The test results show that the intelligent control system can meet the tunnel Lighting application requirements.
