| In order to control the process of oil extraction, it is always necessary to monitor and measure the under-well temperature, press, and flux values. A new idea is brought for data acquisition in this thesis. Data transmission through the existent power line in the oil well is available.Transmission characteristics of the low voltage power line are first analyzed in this paper, including impedance, attenuation and noise. According to our special application, a simplified channel model of the power line under the oil well is brought, and the simulation is done for the channel characteristics. On account of its ascendant capability of anti-interfere and anti-attenuation, spread spectrum communication technique is more suitable. On these bases, an under-well data transmission system which is composed of a single chip machine MSP430F149 and a carrier-current chip PL2102 is developed, as well as including power amplifier, filter and serial port level conversion and so on. And we combine with the Error-Correcting Codes (ECC) in the software design of the MSPF149 MCU to further promote the reliability of the communication. At last, the paper analyzes the result of the test. |
