Research Of Maritime Dynamic Regulatory System For Nanjing In The Yangtze River Based On Grid Management

Based on the analysis of grid management for the current domestic and international urban, and combined with the status maritime management for Nanjing and the demands analysis maritime system, the idea of the grid management for city is introduced to the maritime dynamic grid management system, which is set up in order to achieve effective supervision of ship water traffic safety.This article carried out the study of the following aspects:1.A dynamic regulatory system management platform is designed,which includes maritime ship information management, crew management, ship management, public information system management and so on;2.The division of the grid and encoding tasks, maritime components and event classification or coding are designed. So, the refinement and management responsibility of the management style is clear;3. Inspectors are established. To ensure the effective operation of the organization structure through self-examination, peer review, the functions of checking up and down sequence inspection process.Inspectors should be timely and summarizedly reporte to superior and input the inspector repository as a performance evaluation basis.In the end, summary of the whole work and the future work are made.
