With the development of urbanization in China, high-rise buildings have sprung up in large and medium cities in China appear to provide the public with more use of working and living space while enriching the urban interface. However, in the urban environment, the building is relatively concentrated, so the layout of the relationship between high-rise buildings is particularly important. Design of high-rise buildings need to respect and consider the surrounding environment has become the architect must consider. This project is located in the financial building design Yuhua District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, Software Valley sub-centers, the two high-rise buildings, the main contents include not only financial office, financial transactions hall, service hall, as well as hotels, restaurants, and other functions, and how deal with this relationship between the two high-rise buildings as well as their relationship with the surrounding space to become the focus of the design.Participation in planning and design studio Financial Tower during the project, the angle from the city high-rise building volume layout for the design studies to find out how to deal with high-rise buildings of the key to the city, good for the future design of high-rise buildings in the related work to help. During the study, the first read-rise building planning, urban design theories books. Then focus on the domestic and foreign high-level architectural planning urban design case study massing layout, collate summary. Finally, the actual design of the project application, theory with practice, to project design to provide more possibilities.Graduation content and structure are:Chapter dissertation introduction, which focuses on the subject of the graduation project source, purpose and significance of graduation design, as well as graduate design research methods. The second chapter describes the project location, area, land status, functional requirements and projects which need to be addressed several issues. The third chapter summarizes the author reading level architectural design theory literature, as well as case studies of actual high-rise buildings. Chapter Ⅳ presents a general view of the project design, site design, function allocation, facade design, fire design, traffic flow line design and main economic indicators. The final chapter presents the technical drawings.During this thesis research methods applied are the following:1) Read the planning and design of high-rise buildings, urban design theories books.2) focus on domestic and foreign high-level architectural planning urban design case study massing layout, collate summary.3) In the actual design of the project application, theory with practice, to project design to provide more possibilities.
