So theweapons and equipment of combat troops is newer, especially that the performances of earthpenetrator weapon are more and more strict. And at the same time, its development strength isalso promoted. In recent years, fuse as the core part of the brain and central of earth penetratorweapon is replaced by new ones continually. In the penetrator weapon, hard target smart fuzecompletes the task to control the penetration weapon to get to the specify target position andburst timely. So it is very important to deal with real-time acceleration data produced in thepenetration process,which influence reliability and precision of burst control system directly.The thesis is mainly about the studies on the processing method of acceleration data thatis produced in the penetration process. Use the graphic simulation toolbox of the Matlab,suchas FDAtool and Simulink platform, for data processing and simulation. According to theprinciple of layer-count/void-count, design algorithm of data processing and find thecorresponding modules in the Simulink module library. Then build the flow chart of dataprocessing method. This method can clearly separate and extract the information of hardenedlayer and void layer contained in the data information, and finish the task of layer/void countfinally.The simulation results show that this method of data processing can maximize enhance the difference of acceleration, which is produce in the penetration process. And therelationship between the penetration layers and penetration overload are expressed clearly. |
