Facilities planning and design is a technology of reasonable distribution and effectivecombination to the enterprise equipment, materials and personnel required space, systemlayout design is a most major and mature research field of the facilities planning anddesign which process is a revisionist, gradually refining process and effected by manyother factors. In the case of modern society which are like new technology developmentrapidly, market fast changing, the new processing technology and methods appearingconstantly, enterprise requests the reasonable facilities layout design, in order to short thematerial handling time, reduce the total logistics handling, improve the workshopenvironment and improve the production safety, only in this way it will give full play tothe logistics system capacity, improve the logistics efficiency, reduce logistics cost andincrease the economic efficiency.Based on the process flow of the mixing workshop producing rubber powder andrubber slice, combined with workshop production goals and planning output, this paperproceeds logistics analysis, using the workshop production basic elements and productionavailable area and other related material, it divides the work units into fourteen parts andobtains actual area of the work units reasonably, it has been clear about beard task of thework unit and provides a reliable basis for the follow-up work correlation analysis. Mixingworkshop logistics analysis includes determine the most effective moving sequence, itsmovement quantity and strength between the processes in every necessary procedure of theproduction process and the contact between most work units is close, so each activityrelationship between work units of mixing workshop units includes logistics relationshipand non logistics relationship, according to the division of the logistics strength grade andthe relationship close degree grade of work units, it can get logistics related table and nonlogistics related table, then merge logistics relationship and non logistics relationship of themixing workshop to get comprehensive relations and relationships and realize the rationalarrangement of work units. Based on the comprehensive close degree of work units, itarranges the relative position of the work units to form the position correlation diagram and area correlation diagram of work units, it can get three feasible layout schemes through thecontinuous adjustment, apply AHP method to evaluate solutions, choose the best schemeas the final layout plan of mixing workshop. According to Flexsim simulation of theoptimal layout scheme, verifying layout arrangement is appropriate or not, finally obtaingeneral layout plan of mixing shop.
