With the development of modern science and technology,China’s economic situation began to grow rapidly.Since the beginning of the 21st century,China’s construction industry has developed rapidly.However,with the gradual development of the construction industry,construction waste,dust,noise and sewage and other additional products lead to environmental damage,the destruction of the ecological environment will lead to a series of hazards.Green construction gradually began to appear,through the method of green construction,it will reduce some of the influencing factors of environmental pollution,and through scientific methods to control the safety,quality and construction period required by the building,make rational use of building resources,and achieve the purpose of protecting the environment,increasing safety and quality and reducing costs.Therefore,it is necessary to design a good evaluation scheme to make a comprehensive evaluation of the green construction project to obtain the degree evaluation of green construction.Aiming at the problem of green construction in this paper,the evaluation system of green construction is established.This paper analyzes the basic theory,target control and value engineering of green construction,and quantifies the selected target.At the same time,it defines the objectives of construction evaluation,analyzes the construction objectives through data collection and construction management,and obtains the classification of green construction grade.Then,according to the required data,the green construction and construction evaluation model are constructed.Through the comparison of various evaluation schemes,the nested model combining AHP and principal component analysis is adopted.The green construction evaluation system is divided into three levels by AHP,namely target level,criterion level and scheme level Based on the scheme level data,the principal component analysis method is used to obtain the data,as shown.According to the collected data,the data are processed in combination with the actual situation.The existing standards and specifications are used to roughly quantify the data that cannot be directly quantified.The data that can be quantified are processed by normalization and reverse normalization,so that the same dimension can be obtained To reduce the error of data processing.Finally,using spss22 operation,the extraction rate of scheme level data is obtained,and the weight of each data is determined by the extraction rate.The weight of the criterion layer is calculated by the weight and data of the scheme layer.The final score of the target level is derived according to the criteria layer,and the green construction grade of this paper can be determined by combining the established data grade division.The weight coefficient obtained by the green construction evaluation system in this paper is brought into the construction of Fengtai County coal mining subsidence area high school complex building project,and the paper evaluation grade under the combination of analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis method is obtained,and the suitable green construction scheme is obtained.Figure 7 table 15 reference 78...
