Different route schemes of urban road engineering projects not only determine the investment cost and engineering cost,but also have different impacts on urban economy,planning,environment and society in the areas where the schemes pass.Therefore,the advantages and disadvantages of urban road route design have a great impact on solving the transportation quality and efficiency in urban and rural areas.In this thesis,by constructing a comprehensive,hierarchical and principled evaluation index system,combined with engineering examples,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP and grey relational grade analysis model based on entropy weight method are used to apply and practice the evaluation index system of urban road route design,providing method and reference for the evaluation of urban road route design.Firstly,combining with the characteristics of urban road route design,this thesis summarizes the characteristics of urban road route design evaluation system,and expounds the related concepts and practical application characteristics of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP and grey relational grade method.Then in-depth field research,starting from four aspects of actual road projects,excellent road route design schemes in previous years,urban road planning,and summary of existing irrational route design cases,using three methods of reference to relevant national and local regulations,analogy of actual engineering projects,and expert interview to collect and extract index to construction of index system.On this basis,the index information is summarized and extracted,and the evaluation system of urban road route design is constructed.The system sets 6 first-level indexes,19 second-level indexes and 55 third-level indexes,and makes clear the qualitative and quantitative analysis of each index to ensure the effectiveness of the evaluation.Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to this article to build evaluation system for the urban road route design of primary,secondary and tertiary index weights are analyzed,and then through the grey correlation method to evaluate the road route design three-level index correlation analysis,using expert scoring method of three factors on road route design rationality of correlation rate,The correlation degree between the three level factor evaluation indexes and the rationality of urban road route design evaluation is obtained.By comparing the factors with a high weighting obtained by AHP,it can be seen that the index factors with a high ranking of correlation degree are consistent with the key factors with a high weighting obtained by AHP.Rank from high to low isC531 on land expropriation and demolition,C532 on social problems that may be induced during the construction and operation period of the project,C211 on whether it is conducive to the connection between adjacent projects and follow-up projects.The results of index analysis are mutually verified,which proves that the index system designed in this thesis has a certain universality of application,and the construction of the index system is reasonable.And the application of relevant data in the next stage is tested mathematically.In the evaluation process of the road route design scheme and the optimization process of the later design scheme,the above three-level indicators(measure layer)should be mainly controlled.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP is used for evaluation modeling,and the expert evaluation method is introduced as the scoring basis of each evaluation index.The model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for urban road route design is established by mathematical calculation.At the same time,taking wuhan east lake passageway as an engineering example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out on the alternative route design scheme of this project,and four construction schemes are compared and selected to determine the optimal scheme.The comparison result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation scheme is consistent with that of actual scheme,which proves that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has certain reference value for Evaluation of urban road route design scheme.
