The Research Of Control Characteristics Of Hydraulic Valve Test Bench

Hydraulic control components, plays a vital role in the system, hydraulic controlcomponents, include various functions of the hydraulic valve (pressure valve, flowcontrol valve, directional valve). The pressure valve controls the pressure, the flow valvedetermines the flow, and the directional valve define flow direction, they were usedtogether to meet control requirement.The function of the hydraulic valve test bench is to check the performance ofhydraulic valve. The performance of the hydraulic valve haves direct influence onreliability of the hydraulic system directly, the performance and matching degree areboth fairy important factors to its design, reliability and maintenance to facility,therefore, a certain kind of test-bed which used to check the hydraulic valveperformance is expected for developing.The hydraulic valve test-bed researched in this paper meets the national standards,it’s used to test directional control valves, pressure control valves and flow control valve,it can be also used to do both factory test and type test, which determine the reliabilityand stability of the hydraulic valve. The hydraulic valve test-bed turns out to besignificant to improve the quality and performance of the hydraulic valve. The main partresearched in this paper includes: Design system schematic diagram of the hydraulicvalve test bench, analysis on hydraulic components and control components. Determinethe connection diagram on electrical control of the test system, PLC control and IPC. Thetest bench takes advantage of the proportional control valve of high automation degree asthe control system, computers used for automatic data collection so that ensure theaccuracy, stability and reliability. It largely cut down the labor intensity, and improveproduction efficiency. It provides a favorable platform for the detection of hydraulicvalve performance.
