As the low price and the rich resource, since the permanent magnet was discovered, itis widely used in high-tech fields of network, computer, communication, traffic, aviation,office automation, health care and home appliance. So it occupies a relatively high positionin the domestic economic growth. Most permanent magnets need to be further processed toremove its adhesive on its surface after it is fully formed. At present, most factory still usethe traditional manufacturing method, the long-time poach degumming process, to producepermanent magnet, and this method could cause the surface of permanent magnet rust, andcould not met the need of development of modern industry. The multifunctional surfaceprocessor will solve this problem. The paper research on the manufacturing and relatedproblems of multifunctional surface processor’s box and roller, so that it could be widelyused in permanent magnet surface treatment process. The paper mainly has three aspects,the modal analysis of box, the bonding technology of box, the stamping process of roller.Firstly, present the scheme of designing and manufacturing of box, and the reasonablemanufacturing scheme can be determined. Bonding technology includes: weldingmaterial’s selection, welding technological requirements and welding connector structures.These tasks may push on the development of multifunctional surface processor.Secondly, according to the work environment and mechanical performance, as well asthe manufactural requirements, the material of box is chosen. Apply modal analysis tocalculate the box of multifunctional surface processor, so that the natural frequency andfirst five order modes of vibration can be received. The data can provide theoretical basisfor designing and manufacturing of the box. The reliability and rationality could beguaranteed.Finally, blanking force, stripping force and ejecting force will be calculated, and thetotal stamping force will be received according to the three forces. And punching machinecan be chosen according to the total stamp force. Apply the methods of empirical approachand theory method to get the gap value, so that the quality of cross-section can be superiorand the cost of secondary processing can be avoided. Reasonable manufacture technology can be established, so that the box and roller’sstrength, as well as their working life, could be optimized. Multifunctional surfaceprocessor’s manufacturing process and working performance can be improved.Multifunctional surface processor will be more efficient and safe.
