Shaped charge liner in high explosive-anti-tank is a key component of warhead, its external structure and internal performance is closely related to the anti-tank performance of high explosive-anti-tank. Substantial literatures show that material, thickness, processing technology, the external shape and the internal organization of shaped charge liner all exert a great impact on the metal jet performance formed by the liner, and which is directly related to the anti-tank performance of high explosive-anti-tank. In recent years, the overseas studies have shown that internal grain refinement of medicine can effectively improve the performance of shaped charge liner. First of all, the grain sizes of the micro-shaped jet of the shaped charge liner have a significant impact on the metal jet performance. Secondly, the compact materials microstructure, uniform and isotropic can also increase the continuity and stability of the jet.This reference to a large number of research results, according to the liners forming process requirements, proposed forming a method for manufacturing liners by punching way. This method firstly established procedure of stamping forming, and then designed the fixture according to the every step of stamping process. Based on finite element technology of sheet metal forming, the results were evaluated by the sheet metal forming finite element simulation results, and the stamping and parameters were optimized, and a new method of forming the shaped charge penetration stable performance of the hood.The specific work is as follows, three-dimensional map of the three-dimensional drawing software SOLIDWORKS to build the every step of forming the liner is formed, a convex die, die stamping forming of the model, and then transformed into Parasolid(*.x_t) file format. And then import the ANSYS LS-DYNA to analyze the deformation of stamping simulation, the process parameters of liner stamping forming, and the wall thickness of the drug, manufactured by the method can be very good to cover the crystal size, shape, surface concentricity problems such as material, has good penetration stability.
