The process is selected as the optimal process.Design a production line for the shell allowance processing, with the optimal processdesign the crowded port equipment. To selecte and design the supporting equipment andmake it be a automatic production line. Using CATIA software to simulate the system，solving the System match problem.With the evaluation and calculation,ensuring its qualitycan meet the standard. the final crowded mouth cutting equipment is simple and reasonable,all kinds of index comply with the design requirements.Research results show：drawing thin wall parts machining allowance can use the crowdedmouth trimming technology.
