Study And Research On Planning Of New Countryside Which Based On Circular Agricultural Theory

Since The Sixteenth Plenary Session of the Fifth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, which proposed the aim to build the New socialist countryside and the problem how to solve "the three rural issue"、implement the science enhanced agriculture、improve the efficiency of agricultural、improve the income of farmers is the main problems of the new rural construction. The Circulation of Agricultural Theory is one of the main way to solve these problems. Its guidance system is based on mature proven foreign theory of agricultural development and the basic national conditions of China. However, to study the theoretical system of circulation agricultural, we pay more attention to the theory and the technology of agricultural while less to how to use it in the specific application to the construction of new rural areas and how to combine the theoretical system with planning and designing of rural. This paper studies these problems to come to specific measures and methods. Then, according to the practical plan, using these ways to the planning and construction of new rural. This article researching the relationship between the theory of circular agriculture and the construction of new rural,to combine the landscape planning and recycling which are both interdisciplinary. It initially exploring the combination in the operation and feasibility to the new rural construction.This paper made by four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the topics、the research methods and roadmap of technology. The second chapter describes the relevant concepts of the thesis、the progress of the research at home and abroad、current practice methods and the development trend as five basic theory of the Circulation of Agricultural Theory. The third chapter introduces the macro planning of the new rural construction which based on the Theory of Circular Agriculture and induces the model of macro-planning. The Chapter Four study in view of the planning of the new rural and use the four basic theory in cycles to macro planning.The Chapter Five introduces the specific planning technology of new countryside.It using the new way in Road Planning、Architectural Planning、Power planning、Biogas Technology、 Water Supply Planning and Garbage Disposal Facilities The sixth chapter chapter draw a conclusion, and discuss the shortcomings of this paper.
