The Safety Evaluation On The Wall Insulation Of Residential Construction Project

Spanning the globe, the accident probability in construction industry is far greater than any other industry. And the characteristics of building project led to many unsafe factors in the project. Due to the huge influence to the human society and the economic development, security problem has been as a worldwide problem, which has hindered the rapid development of construction industry. Since entering the new century, our country’s infrastructure is also in construction on a large scale. In the current environment, safety management problem has been put on the agenda as an important issue, and safety management problem of large engineering project construction has become urgent problem to be solved. The government’s safety management is developing in the change stage, the safety of the construction project management status urgently need basic research for guidance. Exterior insulation is the realization of the new building energy efficiency technology in last few years, to reduce building energy consumption, realize the basic national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction is of great significance. Because the technology has appeared in short time and a variety of material compound into the system, the demand of design, material and construction is higher, durability of the technology has not tested for long-term use. When developers and construction units have chosen the form and the material suppliers of the external wall thermal insulation, they need to evaluate the risk of the whole external wall thermal insulation in order to ensure the safety of the engineering applicability and durability.Under the background that the current safety problems urgently need to be solved, this thesis has deeply understanding the safety evaluation and the theory research and development of external wall thermal insulation in the domestic and international. Based on the large scale engineering construction projects and the practice of safety management in our country, make the exterior wall thermal insulation project as the research main body and study the external wall thermal insulation safety assessment as a whole system. Constructing the indicator system of safety management scientific and reasonable, the thesis uses it in the external wall thermal insulation project for safety assessment. Specifically, based on the study of the process of civil residential projects from the external wall thermal insulation characteristics, the thesis creates a safety management index system of civilian residential projects’ exterior wall thermal insulation. Through refining the basic content of safety management, finally the safety evaluation indexes of civil building external wall thermal insulation are reflects the large construction projects safety management. At the end of the article, through the evaluation of a specific civil residential project, use the AHP to calculate the weight of each index, and integrating the application of Delphi method, to evaluate the safety of the specific project of exterior wall thermal insulation. The research ideas of this paper provides a reference for safety management evaluation, and the results can be used as the basis for decision makers in decision making, and timely solve unsafe factors, which will reduce the loss to the smallest degree. Hope this research can provide the reference on safety management for project managers, and make a certain contribution for the economic construction of our country.
