With the further researches on the engineering problems, the reliability of the structure and the mechanism is higher requested.Recently,most of researches on the structure and the mechanism are based on the deterministic analysis,while the parameters of the structure and the mechanism are usually uncertain,which may lead the responses uncertain.In order to solve the above problems, the theory of the random and the theory of the fuzzy are used.Now there are not so many methods which can efficiently and feasiblely solve the uncertain engineering problems, also there are no special softwares to solve the problem with the uncertain parameters.Some researches are done to sovle the above problems in this paper.Firstly,The analysis methods of fuzzy and random were reviewed,then various methods were analyzed and compared after the summary.Monte-Carlo method and orthogonal experiment are used to sovle the random problem according to the technical characteristics.With the help of Matlab.the module which can solve the random problem under the Patran-Nastran is created in the second development of patran;When the fuzzy problems is considered,fuzzy finite element method based on the information entropy and the Taylor expansion are used.With the help of Matlab,the module which can solve the fuzzy problem under the Patran-Nastran is created in the second development of patran;The rationality of the fuzzy method is proved by the examples of modal analysis;In order to solve the problem of Mechanism motion with stochastic parameters.Monte-Carlo method,the optimization method of Monte-Carlo and orthogonal experiment are used.With the help of Matlab,the module which can solve the random problem under the ADAMS is created in the second development of ADAMS;When the fuzzy problems are considered,fuzzy analysis method based on the information entropy is used.With the help of Matlab,the module which can solve the fuzzy problem under the ADAMS is created in the second development of ADAMS;At last,The example of separator of star and arrow is used.Numerical results show that the feasibility of the methods of this paper.
