As an important branch of intelligent control,fuzzy control has been deeply researched and applied in engineering since its birth.The precise design of fuzzy controller is an important part of its research.Especially the improvement of the control effect of fuzzy controller is always the main direction of research.Variable domain fuzzy control design is an important method to improve the control effect and accuracy of fuzzy control.Based on the traditional fuzzy control,this paper designs a variable domain fuzzy controller,and proposes a new design concept of random variable domain fuzzy controller for the first time.The design of the variable universe fuzzy controller is completed by the construction of random scaling factor.The whole process,so that the control effect is greatly improved.The variable domain fuzzy controller is applied to the traditional mechanical book turning drive system,and the control effect is obvious.The main research results are as follows:1.A new exponential variable domain scaling factor is designed.Based on the principle of variable domain fuzzy control,the properties and scalability of the scaling factor are analyzed through simulation experiments.And design the scale factor on the original scaling factor,which proves that the scaling factor meets the definition and the fast response requirements we want.2.The fuzzy controller is used to control the mechanical book turning drive system.First,a traditional fuzzy controller is designed and applied to the page-turning process of the book-turning device.Secondly,combined with the expansion factor of the input field of the previous design,it will be changed.The domain fuzzy control is applied to the control of the book flipper,and the page turning problem is transformed into the realization process of the fuzzy control.3.The design concept of stochastic variable universe fuzzy controller is proposed.Through the new construction of stochastic expansion factor,the fuzzy control analysis of stochastic variable domain problem is carried out,taking into account the small random change occurring in the actual control process,Combining with the idea of scaling factor,the definitions of random variable universe and random scaling factor are given,and a power exponential stochastic scaling factor is designed.At the same time,its rationality is proved.Finally,a simulation experiment is carried out under the Matlab/simulik module to verify and confirm the good scaling performance of the random scaling factor and the control ability of the new fuzzy controller.
