This paper combines the specific characteristics of the Guangdong PowerGrid and examples, and pre-identifies various risk factors for the various aspectsof the process of accidents aroused from grid operations, in order to takemeasures to eliminate or control of these factors before the accident to preventaccidents happening.The paper summarizes the actual or potential risk factors(defects, obstacles, external damage, and natural disasters) in the all of operatingsteps of power supply enterprise, which may lead to personal injury, gridaccidents, equipment accidents or obstacles. Throughaccident frequencydetection analysis and evaluation of the degree of severity indicators, the paperestablished a risk assessment model to determine the level of risk, and todevelop control measures.Specifically, the paperestablished the theoretical models of operational riskassessment and evaluation technical standards through hazard identification andrisk assessment of operation in power supply bureau. The main criteria for theoperation execution process is intended to gauge the degree of the hazard factorsin the distribution of the various types of work, as well as various types of risk.
